Principal and Co-Founder of Benefit Resources, Inc., Kelly has joined with Heritage Benefit Consultants to provide more opportunities for employers. Prior to starting her own company in 1997, Kelly worked with physicians to handle insurance contracting which gives her a strong knowledge of insurance contracts. She has over 13 years of experience in the industry and specialized in consulting with employers to develop a benefit package and service that works for them.

Her goal is to build trusting relationships with clients and to partner in helping their business grow. As a business owner herself, Kelly is personally aware of the challenges that business owners face. Kelly resides in Lee's Summit, Missouri and is actively involved in the school and community. She enjoys watching her son play sports and spending time with friends and family.
