Marty is the Vice-President of Heritage Financial Services where he manages the staff and daily operations. He is an investment advisor and offers securities through Multi‐Financial Securities Corporation, Member NASD/SIPC. Marty began his career as a registered agent with Forester's Insurance Company and later moved to New England Financial where he held the positions of Managing Associate and Brokerage Manager. These positions provided the foundation of knowledge that helps him in his current position.

Marty is active in the Lee's Summit Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of the Lee's Summit Sunrise Rotary Club. He enjoys promoting small local businesses and helps organizes the Rotary Club's Annual Lee's Summit Casino Night promoting various Lee's Summit charities. As a Rotary Club member one of Marty's passions is serving with the District Foundation of Charitable Giving where he provides advice on charitable donations. He resides in Lee's Summit, Missouri with his wife Brianna and their cats.
