Before starting Benefit Resources, Inc. she worked for a National PPO building physician networks. As a female business owner Tania understands the needs of minority owned businesses. She enjoys showing "small" employers how they can offer "big company" benefits.

Tania is from the Kansas City area and currently resides in Liberty, Missouri. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and is active in church and her children's school.
