Wayne has been involved with mass communications for nearly two decades. In addition to managerial, programming, copy-writing and imaging positions Wayne has held on-air positions for WBSN New Orleans, KCWG and KLJC Kansas City. As a sought after voice-over talent, Wayne has been heard on stations all across the country. At Heritage Media Group, Wayne oversees all copy writing, imaging and production of our client's on-hold productions.

Wayne is currently completing his master's degree in broadcasting and also teaches classes in broadcasting. He is the senior pastor of a church in Grandview, Missouri. Wayne and his wife live in Belton, Missouri with their four children.
